I thought shit was supposed to run downhill. Where I am concerned it must be able to defy gravity. I don't work in a glamorous job. I wouldn't even go as far as to call it enjoyable at this point. What it does have going for it is that I am applying my degree which I paid mucho bucks for.
As I have climbed the professional food chain I thought that my grunt work would decrease, what I am finding is that I am annoyed with the grunts beneath me's attempts to make me do their work. Perhaps this is karma for all the times I have slacked off. But as I sit there listening to them make inane arguments about why they can't do their work I can't help but think people don't pull this shit with Madonna. Of course the fact that I am listening to excuses about report deadlines and not million dollar endorsement deals also reminds me why I am on the Z-list!
